Design Engineer
Job Description:

Successfully work with a team of systems engineers, development engineers, systems technicians, program managers and field personnel to develop upgrade designs for customers. These designs will include traditional infrastructure upgrades as well as portable and mobile upgrades.

Development/Review of equipment lists

Serve as a supervisory focal point & catalyst for the resolution of product and system issues discovered throughout our design processes.

Review system designs and coordinate the flow of information with the field divisions/territories.
Requirements:

BSEE or Equivalent
-
Aggressive problem solving skills and the ability to get things accomplished in a multi-organizational environment.

Effective communications, written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of two-way radio systems, wireless data systems, and E911 systems is highly desirable. Of particular importance is extensive knowledge of our subscriber (mobile and portable) units.
